Shipping and Delivery

Packages are shipped in 24 hours, 48 hours maximum after receipt of your payment.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo against signature (2 to 3 working days).
The accessories are sent by letter followed for the little ones, Colissimo for the older ones. (Delivery 2 to 3 working days)
We usually ship with Chronopost for metropolitan France, and TNT express for Europe.

    We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders.
    Particular care is taken with packages containing fragile products. Packages are oversized and protected.

    Currently, we are trying to find the best providers to deliver your packages as quickly as possible in these difficult conditions. The postal sorting centers are overwhelmed, which can lead to the blocking of some packages. As a result, delivery times may be extended and we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

    Right of withdrawal

    Returns and cancellation

    It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and to report any error immediately. Any changes to the order by the Customer may only be taken into account by the Seller within the limits of its possibilities and provided that they are notified by e-mail before the date scheduled for the shipment of the order.

    In the event that these modifications cannot be accepted by the Seller, the sums paid by the Customer will be returned to him within a maximum period of 3 (three) weeks from the notification of the impossibility of accepting the modifications requested by the Customer (unless the latter prefers to benefit from a credit note).

    In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of fourteen days from receipt of the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal from the Seller, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty, for the purpose of exchange or refund, provided that the Products are returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition within fourteen days of notification to the Seller of the decision to withdrawal of the Customer.

    Returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (unopened packaging, accessories, instructions ...) allowing their refurbishment to be resold, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

    The products sold being hygiene products, the Seller leaves itself a right to check the condition of the returned object.

    As the Products sold are hygiene products, all Products whose packaging has been opened, damaged, soiled or incomplete will not be taken back.

    The right of withdrawal must be exercised by email to the following address:; an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium will be immediately communicated to the Customer by the Seller, or any other statement, unambiguous, expressing the will to withdraw.
    In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period, only the price of the Product (s) purchased and the delivery costs are refunded, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

    The exchange (subject to availability) or refund will be made within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt by the Seller of the Products returned by the Customer under the conditions provided for in this article.

    The return of products is the responsibility of the Customer; It is therefore advisable to make the return in follow-up and recommended with declaration of the value of the product.


    The Products sold on the website "" comply with the regulations in force in France.

    The Products supplied by the Seller benefit automatically and without additional payment, independently of the right of withdrawal, in accordance with the legal provisions and under the conditions and procedures defined in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

    The customer b benefits from a period of 2 years from the delivery of the property to act.

    The Seller will refund, replace or have repaired the Products or parts under warranty found to be non-conforming or defective.
    Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and return costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of supporting documents.
    Refunds for Products deemed non-compliant or defective will be made as soon as possible following the Seller's finding of the lack of conformity or hidden defect. The refund will be made by crediting the Customer's bank account or by PayPal.
    The Seller cannot be held liable in the following cases:
    non-compliance with the legislation of the country in which the products are delivered, which it is the Customer's responsibility to verify;

    – in the event of misuse, breakage of the product, use for professional purposes, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Customer, as in case of normal wear and tear of the Product, accident or force majeure.

    The Seller's warranty is, in any event, limited to the replacement or refund of non-compliant or defective Products.

    After-sales service

    All electronic devices sold by Careboo France are tested before delivery and sold under warranty.

    The Manufacturer undertakes to restore or replace the product if a malfunction appears within 24 (twenty-four) months from the confirmation of the sale, upon presentation of the invoice which is worth warranty voucher. The warranty extends to internal parts and labor required for restoration to working order. The Manufacturer may, at its discretion, remedy the failure within a reasonable time, or replace the product with one in good working order. The Manufacturer may under no circumstances be claimed payment of any sum for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, for the temporary immobilization of the Product, a disturbance, a loss of order, a loss of profit, an operating loss or any other damage of the same nature.

    The warranty is granted for all devices offered by Careboo France (excluding accessories) and sold exclusively on the site "" without territorial limit.
